What GPA do you need to an internship at Fidelity?

The GPA that makes you eligible for an internship at Fidelity isn’t public. However, there are a few qualities you should possess. To be eligible for the internship programs offered at Fidelity International, you will have to possess the following qualities;

  • You will have to be intellectually curious and possess the ability and creativity to collect and analyse a range of information, then use it to make judgements on the future prospects of industries.
  • You will have to possess analytical skills and the drive to undertake in-depth research, interpret data and judge the merits of differing opinions, and form insights essential to judge the future direction of the company and industry.
  • Also, you will need to be articulate and persuasive, you’ll need the tenacity and confidence to communicate your judgement on whether a stock should be bought or sold and justify your thinking to panels of senior investment professionals.
  • You will need to be in the penultimate year of your degree, graduating in 2023 and available to complete 10 weeks of full-time work this coming summer (exact dates are still TBC).
  • Fidelity  International is open to considering all degree disciplines. Graduates and postgraduates will need to have at least three A levels or equivalent (A* – C) and have achieved (or be on track for) a 2:1 degree or higher (or equivalent). For apprenticeship, you will need to have a minimum of 3 Cs at A levels or equivalent.
