Fidelity internship acceptance rate

Fidelity International offers investment solutions and services and retirement expertise to more than 2.5 million customers globally. As a privately held, purpose-driven company with a 50-year heritage, Fidelity thinks generationally and invests for the long term.

Operating in more than 25 locations and with $565.7 billion in total assets, their clients range from central banks, sovereign wealth funds, large corporates, financial institutions, insurers and wealth managers, to private individuals.

Fidelity is a highly collaborative organization whose purpose is to work together to build better financial futures.  They focus on sustainable, long-term outcomes, and work in a dynamic environment that fosters curiosity and compassion.

Fidelity offers summer internship programs for students who are in the penultimate year of their degree, graduating in 2023 and available to complete 10 weeks of full-time work this coming summer (exact dates are still TBC). Interns earn an estimated $18.84 per hour on average in the United States.

Fidelity accepts approximately 1000 interns making acceptance competitive. Interns are mostly selected through campus interviews and tests. Most of these sessions happen at NITs, IITs, IIMS and a few more. So if you are in any of these colleges, it becomes easier to become part of the process of the internship.

However Fidelity has a careers portal online where one can apply and after going through the application process – online strength assessment, video interview, strength-based interview and assessment centre ( you will be involved in a mix of technical and motivational interviews, a numerical test or group task, and a technical case study exercise.)
