Bernie Sanders Internship qualifications and requirements

Although internship experiences often match the characteristics provided here, they can vary from term to term depending on the Senate schedule, office parliamentary and adjudications goals, and intern performance.

All applicants must be able to live close to their duty station (Burlington or Washington, D.C.) for the duration of the internship. We anticipate that trainees will work both on-site and remotely in accordance with office needs and policy because of the ongoing COVID-19 problem.
